Camp Haiastan would like to take time to recognize the Armenian Relief Society, Eastern USA Region for their financial contributions to the Camp Haiastan website development and its support of the mission, programs and activities of Camp Haiastan.

For as many years as there has been Camp Haiastan, there has been the ever-present and unconditional support of the Armenian Relief Society, Eastern USA, Inc. and its Board of Regional Directors. In 2005, the A.R.S. Eastern USA generously funded the redesigning of our Camp Haiastan website. The website is our most important link to our past, present and future campers, their families and interested friends of Camp Haiastan everywhere. The A.R.S.E.U.S.A. leads the way by example in our community by its many good works.

In addition to helping underwrite the cost of reconstructing the website, the A.R.S.E.U.S.A. also sponsors with camperships many campers whose families could not otherwise afford to send them to Camp Haiastan. Also for many years our formal Armenian cultural education and appreciation programs at camp receive regular financial support from A.R.S.E.U.S.A. as well as continued resource assistance from professional Armenian educators within the ranks of A.R.S.E.U.S.A.

As many in the Camp Haiastan Family have realized, we are now receiving the grandchildren of our first generation of campers. The A.R.S.E.U.S.A. has been, and will continue to be, a most vital partner in preserving our culture and continuing the legacy that the founders of Camp Haiastan could only have envisioned as a dream. The Board of Directors of Camp Haiastan gratefully acknowledges the A.R.S. Eastern USA and its generous contributions over many years that have helped to make a dream into a reality.
